Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This role involves assisting a Salesman in day-to-day operations, managing client communication, organizing sales data, preparing materials, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Salesman’s calendar, appointments, and travel Reach out to leads via phone, email, or social media Assist with follow-ups and ongoing client communication Prepare quotes, proposals, and basic sales materials Update CRM with lead and customer information Help organize sales reports and track performance
