About the Position We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. In this role, you will perform clerical, bookkeeping, and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping, compliance with contractual requirements, and efficient office operations. Perform administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Handle correspondence via fax, email, and mail as required. Administer accounting data and payroll processing. Input and extract data from the Fleet MIS system to provide reports for management and clients. May assist with all payroll duties and functions. May assist with all reconciliation duties and functions, which would require Trapeze PASS experience. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required, with coursework in bookkeeping preferred. Up to 2 years of administrative experience. Experience in office administration, data entry, or clerical work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
