Answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining office supplies.

Data Entry:

Accurately inputting production data, order details, and other essential information into company systems.

Document Management:

Organizing, filing, and scanning various operational documents, reports, and records.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating logistics for team members.

Communication:

Acting as a point of contact for internal departments and external vendors, ensuring clear information flow. Assisting with
