Program Administrator•Mental Health Outpatient•Delran, NJ The Full-Time Program Administrator will oversee the MHOP division in Delran, NJ. The Administrator will be required to know the history and landscape of the assigned area to determine the specific service of needs of the community. This role will assume the lead role and serve as the agency’s representative and respond to all issues, concerns, complaints raised by consumers, contracting agents, or the general public sector. The daily operational functions of the Administrator will include but will not be limited to assisting the Executive Leadership Team with initiatives for expansion of services, direct staff supervision, evaluation, development, & training, quality assurance, engagement and participation in marketing and business development, networking and relationship building with community partners, compliance with agency policies and operational guidelines, and to oversee all fiscal operations. The Administrator will regularly evaluate and examine operational standards to ensure quality assurance and alignment with best practices.

Qualifications:

Must possess a NJ Clinical License (LSW, LAC, LAMFT) Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field Five (5) years of Mental Health experience and two (2) years of supervisory/management experience within a mental health setting. Experience in delivery and administration of mental health care systems The ability to demonstrate effective decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving skills as well as to multi-task and work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
