The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining a professional environment. Duties Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with a focus on phone etiquette. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them as needed. Support administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Google Workspace. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Skills Proficiency in clerical tasks with attention to detail. Previous mental health office experience preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication. Experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clients. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required. Familiarity with data entry processes and accuracy in handling information. Proficient in using Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for various administrative tasks.
