We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual for a Resident Coordinator position at one of our residential properties in Jersey City, NJ. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with employees, peers, vendors, and clients.
Job Details:
This job opportunity is a Full-Time position, and the work schedule will require availability for 5 out of 7 days each week, with specific days to be determined.
Compensation range:
$28.00/hour – $30.00/hour plus $75 commission/unit
Key Responsibilities:
Manage FB Marketplace listings and post engaging content in FB groups Oversee the YardiCRM inbound lead queue and handle leasing inquiries Schedule apartment tours and provide support to residents Welcome residents and manage deliveries, tours, and other front desk interactions Secure the package room and handle move-in key distribution Coordinate move-in day activities for incoming residents Assist with the orientation for new residents Ensure the office reception area is clean and inviting Update and maintain accurate client information in the database Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in person, by phone, and online Utilize office resources effectively and adhere to office policies to ensure client satisfaction Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative/leasing experience with a focus on customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Flexible and willing to learn different applications on computers and office machines Flexible and eager to learn new applications on computers and office machine Proficiency in MS Office; Yardi experience is a plus.
