Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$22.28/hr, paid weekly
Tentative Start Date:
ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract:
Initial 12-month contract (Extension or Conversion to FTE based on performance, attendance, and business needs)

Description:
The Business Operations Management group provides essential multi-disciplinary support across Wealth Management Operations (WMO), enabling the achievement of key business priorities and deliverables. Within this group, the Engagement & Support team plays a vital role by offering dedicated support to a senior leader and business manager. This team focuses on the efficient execution of meetings, travel arrangements, and other crucial responsibilities. Additionally, they collaborate closely with the local Site Engagement Team to conceptualize, organize, and implement impactful employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support communication with executives and line management to gather and share relevant information. Accurately document messages and handle calls with appropriate attention. Assist in managing stakeholders’ calendars, helping to resolve scheduling matters professionally. Support travel planning and expense processing to ensure efficient coordination of schedules. Prepare draft meeting minutes and assist with the creation of related meeting documents, utilizing written and oral communication skills. Liaise with external groups to support the coordination of events involving the executive. Assist in the planning and execution of WMO employee engagement events and team-specific engagement activities. Support the planning, setup, and logistics of executive site visits.
