Office Assistant Responsibilities:
We are a family-friendly company in the accounts receivable management industry. This position is 5 days a week from 9am – 1pm. You will perform various basic clerical duties such as scanning answering the phone responding to email/letters.
Requirements:
You must have excellent organizational skills and a professional phone manner. If you have a positive disposition about life and enjoy an autonomous work environment, you will be a good fit for our firm. We are happy to train the right individual. We are located in a non-smoking campus. –
