SNI Companies is working with a Pharmaceutical Company inPrinceton, NJ who is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented OfficeCoordinator to support the daily operations of our office. Thisrole will be responsible for managing vendor invoicing, expensereporting via Concur, coordinating office supplies, supportinginternal events, assisting with human resources tasks, andproviding administrative support for educational programs. Theideal candidate is a highly organized multitasker with excellentcommunication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Management & Invoicing Process and trackvendor invoices; ensure timely approvals and payments Maintainaccurate records of vendor contracts and relationships Liaise withvendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure service quality ExpenseReporting (Concur) Prepare, submit, and reconcile employee expensereports using Concur Ensure compliance with internal policies andprocedures Provide guidance to staff on using Concur effectivelyOffice Supply Coordination Monitor and manage inventory of officesupplies; reorder as needed Serve as point of contact for supplyvendors Ensure supply areas are organized and well-stocked EventCoordination Plan and execute internal events such as meetings,trainings, and team-building activities Manage event logistics,including venue setup, catering, materials, and communicationsAssist in budget tracking for events Human Resources Support Assistwith onboarding/offboarding processes (e.g., equipment setup,documentation) Maintain confidential employee records and filesCoordinate HR-related logistics such as scheduling interviews andemployee training Education Support Provide administrative supportfor internal training and educational initiatives Track attendance,distribute materials, and gather feedback Coordinate logistics forwebinars, workshops, and learning sessions Qualifications Provenexperience in office coordination, administrative support, orrelated roles Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handleconfidential information with discretion Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office toolsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred BenefitsHybrid after training is complete – 2 days in office/3 days remoteMedical, Dental and Vision – 2 plans that would be Zero Cost toemployee and their family. 401k fully vested on date of hire with4% company match 15 PTO Days, Holidays with 2 floating holidays
