This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to step into a fast-paced service department and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Receive and manage incoming service requests Schedule and dispatch service technicians Coordinate customer communication, parts, subcontractors, and documentation Track service calls from start to invoicing Support preventive maintenance scheduling and completion Process technician tickets and review open work orders
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of administrative and customer service experience CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen if offered This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, service-driven environment and is ready to contribute from day one.
