Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication with residents and team members. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in organization, communication, and multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and address inquiries effectively.
- Manage work orders and assist residents with questions or concerns.
- Organize and maintain documents through scanning and filing.
- Create labels and handle research tasks as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and documentation.
- Coordinate administrative and clerical tasks to support overall operations.
- Assist in planning and participating in scheduled events.
- Maintain accurate records and schedules using Microsoft Outlook.
- Provide customer service through email correspondence and telephone communication. Requirements
- Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to address resident concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for email correspondence and scheduling.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
