Location:

Freehold, NJ (On-site)

Schedule:

Full-time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours, 40 hours/week)

One of our top clients is a busy trucking and dispatch company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our small, close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work and is looking for a long-term, stable role—not a stepping stone.

What You’ll Do:

Sending and responding to emails Attaching and organizing files Answering phone calls professionally Reviewing Excel documents to ensure trucks are dispatched on time Uploading invoices (eventually) Scheduling meetings in
