We are currently looking to hire a Temporary Administrative Clerk to support our Shared Services Department, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role requires on-site presence at our Morganville, NJ office and requires availability to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The assignment is expected to continue through late November to mid-December of 2025.
Responsibilities:
Scanning of all client-related tax documents into GFR (GoFileRoom) system Receive guests to the office and answer phones Sort and distribute mail/FedEx, prepare outgoing mail/FedEx Organizing paperwork Print/copy/scan Must be able to lift and move small boxes weighing up to 20 pounds Business or Business Casual attire is required at all times.
Qualifications:
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of position. Maintains the ability to use grammatical, spelling and punctuation skills effectively. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills as well as a cooperative and dependable personality.
