Per Diem Days, Cardiac Rehab OP Morristown 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 100 MADISON AVE, Morristown, NJ 07960 Atlantic Health System is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals as a Per Diem Admin Assistant in the outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation office in Morristown. The schedule will be variable Mondays-Fridays and provide services between the hours of 7a and 5p. Our core values encompass patient-centered care and ensuring our staff are well taken care of. Principal accountabilities include the following:
1. Fields and direct all main line calls and departmental emails. 2.Organizes and schedules patient evaluations and re-occurring patient schedules. 3. Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms as needed. 4.Proves competency in both legal and regulatory elements of administrative work. 5. Responds in a timely manor to all patient and physician office requests. 6. Works in collaboration with clinical team to assure Medicare and legal compliance along with assuring patient satisfaction. 7. Provides general support to visitors and existing patients 8. Collaborates with team members to assure highest standard of patient access to program. 9. Generates reports as requested 10. Handles multiple projects at same time 11. Communicates with hospital and EPIC team to assure compliance of registration/scheduling workflows. 12 . Other duties as assigned by management. 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred. 2. Experience in similar role preferred. 3. EPIC experience preferred.
