OVERVIEW:

The Mail Associate (Flex Support) will be assigned to an internal resource pool that provides coverage to multiple sites in the local area to replace staff during periods of absence. This position will support a variety of office services functions and play a vital role in the efficient operation of the mailroom.

IMPORTANT

: This position requires travel between Basking Ridge & Bedminster. Must have a valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel between sites (Mileage reimbursed).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate department Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling. Utilize inventory system to track shipments and maintain accurate records Collaborate with team members to enhance operational processes. Greet customers at the mailroom desk and ensure exceptional service. Assist in training new staff on mailroom procedures and safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a mailroom or office environment. Valid US Drivers License (travel between sites required) Knowledge of computers and office equipment (scanning, copying, printing). Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
