Job Description

Creative Operations Assistant BNR Interiors Hudson, NY 12534 We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Assistant to join our creative office in Hudson, New York. The candidate will provide direct support to the CEO daily, managing both personal and business related administrative tasks. The candidate will be required to wear many hats, and flow with the change of a growing company. The candidate must be fluent in social media, creating content daily with photography, and filming for long and short form video. Monthly newsletter creation requires copy and a passion for growing the internet landscape of the company. Excellent editing skills and luxury taste a must.

These tasks are to include:
  • Office managerial duties such as fielding phone calls, mail sorting, and small package receiving for various projects
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling CEO’s calendar for both personal and business duties, planning up to one year in advance
  • Fielding and organizing CEO’s email daily, creating summaries and bulleted “to-do’s”
  • Maintain sample library and office supplies inventory, checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Field all new client inquiries and perform initial intake calls
  • social media related duties for the CEO daily, including organic photography, filming, and capturing to create exceptional content for 10k+ followers
  • content calendar creation with follow through with engagement and new client fielding
  • filming, editing, copy and posting according to company needs and aesthetic
  • Coordinate any and all travel arrangements
  • Website updates as needed
  • Monthly newsletter creation with excellent copy skills and creativity. Interest in substack a plus.
  • Client and vendor gifting
Required Skills:
  • 1-3 years experience in social media and assistant duties
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience in an Interior Design firm or Creative field a plus
  • Web development skills a plus
  • Proficiency in social media apps, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to transition quickly and adapt to a changing day-to-day agenda
  • Ability to handle confidential and personal information
  • excellent copy skills with creative writing interest.
