Job Description

Administrative Assistant (ECT Department) 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 1263 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14209 We are currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Department . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of patient care, provider schedules, and departmental documentation. Part Time 7:00am-3:00pm

Monday, Tuesday and Fridays Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate scheduling of ECT treatments and maintain up-to-date appointment records Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and departmental communications Prepare and maintain confidential medical documentation and logs in compliance with HIPAA Support the clinical team with administrative needs, including data entry, filing, and supply ordering Communicate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely patient services Assist in maintaining accurate records for compliance and accreditation purposes

Requirements:
