Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Human Resources department and Executive Team. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and capable of working autonomously while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities:
Administrative & Organizational Support:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for executive leadership.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate training sessions, track compliance requirements, and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle confidential HR documents with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies.
Executive Team Support:
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for executives, helping to manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and provide administrative support.
- Facilitate communication between leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Support special projects and initiatives aligned with company growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Associates diploma or above, preferred. Minimum 1+ years previous experience in HR support or executive administration. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in HR-related matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
