$120,000 – $170,000 (based on experience)

Health insurance, 401(k) with 5% company match Position Overview We’re seeking an exceptional, self-managing House Manager/Personal Assistant who thrives on anticipating needs and taking initiative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the behind-the-scenes orchestrator of a busy household, ensuring everything runs seamlessly without constant direction. Essential Qualifications Extensive experience in a similar house management role Travel coordination expertise – booking flights, hotels, rental cars, restaurant reservations, and handling all travel logistics Vendor management experience with proven ability to research, vet, and coordinate service providers Tech-savvy with strong organizational systems Contract management capabilities Must be kid-friendly and comfortable in a family environment Proactive mindset – we need someone who anticipates needs rather than waiting for direction Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Manage and coordinate household staff, delegating tasks effectively Handle grocery shopping and household supply ordering Manage mail, packages, and deliveries Coordinate dry cleaning pickup/delivery timing Run errands (post office, returns, quick store runs) Organize children’s belongings and spaces Travel & Logistics Coordinate all aspects of family travel (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, dining) Assist with packing and trip preparation Handle flight check-ins and travel documentation Complete paperwork (passport applications, etc.) Household Management Research and coordinate service providers (plumbers, realtors, etc.) Schedule and manage appointments Organize and maintain household systems Handle special projects (school research, vendor sourcing) Manage contracts and household documentation Staff Coordination Oversee other household staff members Assign and follow up on tasks Ensure smooth communication across the team What We’re Looking For Someone who proactively manages tasks without needing constant check-ins. We value a House Manager who can anticipate what needs to be done and execute efficiently. The ideal candidate thinks ahead, stays organized, and keeps the household running smoothly behind the scenes.
