- $21/hr | 4-Month Contract A prestigious higher education institution in Brooklyn is seeking a part-time Office Assistant for a 4-month, project-based assignment supporting their Community Engagement team. This is an on-site role for two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) , 10 AM
- 4 PM.

Responsibilities:
Operations & Administrative Support Assist with timesheet preparation and signature tracking Support monthly credit card reconciliations Data entry for contracts, inventory tracking, and vendor lists Update internal directories and dashboards Schedule appointments, manage office supplies, and support in-person visitors Maintain storage inventory and assist with general office upkeep Event Support Assist onsite during events Track RSVPs and send invitations/thank-you letters Ad hoc support may be required to assist the Director of Operations and Executive Director.
Key Qualifications:
1+ years of office/administrative experience Excellent communication, organization, and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with MS Access is highly preferred
