The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and assisting with inquiries. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members. Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution. Provide administrative support by performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve workflows. Utilize computerized systems for managing appointments, client information, and other essential data. Experience Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
