Job Overview:
Plaintiffs law firm seeking a legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be computer literate. This position requires attention to detail in range of different legal tasks. Must have a can-do attitude, a desire to learn, and obtain results for the tasks assigned. The ideal candidate will be professional and personable. Room for growth.
Duties:
- Heavy client contact over the phone, email and in person
- Respond to emails and messages in a timely fashion
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy access
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Other administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Great multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Must be able to handle competing demands
