Job Description
Administrative Assistant 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Jericho, NY 11753 Rosen Associates Management Corp. is a long established Real Estate Management & Development Company specializing in shopping centers nationally. Our office is conveniently located at Exit 40 off the Long Island Expressway. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assume administrative duties/projects for our Shopping Center Property Management Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to filing, correspondence, general administrative duties and work related to contractors, bidding, architects, maintenance logs and maintenance follow up, appointments, as well as other related office responsibilities etc.
Qualifications:
Due to the diversified nature of the position, we are seeking someone who is very well organized and detail oriented. Must be computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Shopping center property management and construction experience a plus. Knowledge of Timberline software a plus. There is opportunity for growth. Salary and benefits are competitive.
