Job Description
Office Assistant Al-Lectric Electrical Contracting Corp Farmingdale, NY 11735 Established electrical contracting company with over 30 years in the industry, looking to hire a part-time Office Assistant with basic bookkeeping experience.
Administrative Support:
Handling phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, preparing documents, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Clerical Tasks:
Data entry, copying, scanning, and faxing documents
Basic Bookkeeping:
May assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, tracking expenses
Technical Proficiency:
Using office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.) and basic computer software (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
Skills and Qualifications:

Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain organized files. •
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, clients. •
Customer Service Skills:
Ability to provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all individuals. •
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using office equipment and software. • Attention to
Detail:
Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and document preparation. •
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve basic office-related issues.
Schedule:
Mon/Wed/Fri, 9AM- 5PM Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type:

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
