Plandome Road, Manhasset, NY 11030 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a customer-focused approach to enhance the overall productivity of our office environment. Duties Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management. Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. Maintain schedules through effective calendar management, coordinating appointments and meetings. Assist in office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly. Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or clerical role is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
