Through our Street to Home outreach program and transitional housing resources, we help people get, and stay, on the path to a permanent home. Administrative Assistant, Seasonal Help Reporting to the Leasing Director, the Administrative Assistant, Seasonal Help provides temporary administrative support for the Leasing and Compliance teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support with new building lotteries Provide administrative support with buildings’ waitlist applications Organize files Help with follow up to waitlist applicants Answer phones and direct calls Attend meeting and take notes Perform other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or related position Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must have exceptional written and verbal skills Must have strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
