Job Description
Job Summary Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a group of 7 professionals. The team is looking for a high-performing, adaptable administrative professional who can jump in quickly and contribute from day one. There is strong potential for this role to convert to permanent for the right candidate. Hours are 8:30am-5:30/6pm daily, Monday-Friday in-office. Pay rate $45-48/hour DOE.
Support Structure:
The assistant will support a total of seven professionals: Investment team: 2 Managing Directors, 1 Executive Director
Non-investment team (Product Specialists): 1 VP, 2 Associates, and 1 Analyst (lighter support, primarily expenses)
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar management and meeting coordination
Booking domestic and occasional international travel, primarily for non-investment team members
Handling and submitting expense reports (firm is transitioning from Workday to Concur)
Preparing and printing pitch books and meeting materials
General team support across varying levels of need
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3-5+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting multiple professionals
Prior exposure to financial services is strongly preferred; candidates recently out of the industry will be considered
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Calm, professional demeanor and ability to stay grounded in a fast-moving, changing environment
