About The Role Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and CML department staff in Los Angeles, Houston and New York. Make travel arrangements, obtain approvals and create travel packets. Process expense reports and obtain approvals. Manage invoices, obtain approval, send for payment processing, and track each invoice through final payment. Answer phones, coordinate meetings, make reservations, and alert security to guests arriving on premises. Greet and assist visitors. Maintain department contact list and update servicers contact lists. Order office supplies and maintain supply room. Prepare correspondences, process signature pages, and prepare overnight packages. Production and Asset Management Committees Attend weekly committee meetings and prepare minutes based on the discussion and record changes to be made on each transaction. Assist with necessary deal approvals Create weekly committee meeting’s agenda and ensure timely distribution of memos to the committee members. Distribute final and approved Investment memos to all production officers for signatures via DocuSign. Mail Process all correspondence that comes in the mail through USPS, UPS and FedEx. Scan each document and save electronic copies where necessary. Assist with coordinating the endorsement of checks. Assist with Change of Address Notices. Assist with obtaining signatures and sending out loan documents. Skills and Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Notary (NY) Experience in fast paced office environments Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
