Job Description
Job Summary Our client, a n insurance brokerage and risk management firm, is seeking a Long Term Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Information Technology division. This role is in office 5 days a week with the working hours being from 9am-5pm with flexibility as needed. The client is looking for someone to start ASAP and work through September 30th, 2025. The role pays up to $30/hr and is a great opportunity to support a passionate team of individuals.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Ability to streamline and organize internal processes
Multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position
Manage workflow and ensure that deadlines are met
Strong Microsoft skill set with intermediate level expertise in Excel
Process vendor payables for offices in the
Northeast Region Requirements and Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
