We are dedicated to helping accident victims and proudly serve New York’s multilingual communities. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients. ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet walk-in clients
• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with intake and case updates
• Translate and relay information between attorneys and clients
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scanning, filing, and mail handling
• Provide support to attorneys and paralegals in personal injury case management ________________________________________ Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and office equipment
• Prior experience in a law office, preferably in personal injury, is a plus
