EMR Template Coordinator-Clerical (Healthcare Industry) Health Center, Inc. 305 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036 Health Center, Inc.., seeks qualified candidate to join our community! We are a health services organization based in New York City we’re seeking an EMR Template Coordinator to join our team. Our ambulatory care facilities are staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services. This position is responsible for managing all provider schedule templates, maintaining appointment slots and types, resource books, and establishing a standard operating procedure for this work. This position communicates with Health Center Administrators and Medical Directors to create, modify, and maintain templates in line with operational and clinical needs. The coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting on appointment availability, slot utilization, and scheduling queue content. Please note this position will be based out of our Central Administration Office (305 W 44th St, New York, NY). Ensures all health center schedules reflect accurate working hours for physicians and other schedulable resources. Ensures all health center schedules reflect current operational hours. Ensures all health resource comments are up to date and accurate. Ensures appropriate cleanup of schedules for any providers or resources leaving, onboarding, or modifying their working arrangement with the organization. Coordinates build of new resources with IT. Completes monthly reporting on appointment availability, slot utilization, and scheduling queue content. Conducts regular audits of provider schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance. Proactively works to resolve issues and to resolve barriers. Perform projects and other duties, as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills:
