Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls Manage office supply orders and distributions Maintain office equipment General administrative duties such as copying, filing, archiving Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, and letters Maintain client account files – electronic Maintain contact lists Act as the point of contact for external clients Assist in preparing new account documentation and opening accounts
Requirements:
Minimum:
Associates degree required Minimum 2-3 years admin experience Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to perform clerical duties in an efficient and professional manner Computer proficiency, including Excel and Word Ability to regularly use independent judgement Strong oral communication skills Must be a team player Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range :
$ 42,000 -$47,000 per year
