Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various office tasks, and assist in ensuring smooth office operations.
Duties:
- Be responsible for Administration, Finance part for day-to-day maintenance.
- Review internal policies and procedures and lead program updates as mandated by law.
- Support compliance initiatives and internal and external reporting.
- Oversee payroll and reports (monthly, quarterly, and Year-End)
- Collaborate with the Finance Department and Upper Management preparing various reports and forecasts. Perform all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with manager support tasks and stay up tp date.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative, accounting, or similar role.
- Undergraduate degree is a basic requirement.
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette both in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or other OA systems. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you can enhance your administrative skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
