We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey, with additional expansion planned in the future. We have been in operation for over eight years, and our continued growth has dramatically increased. This role is primarily based in our Manhattan office. It’s a hybrid role, with four days in office. In this role, you will be responsible forensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data through background checks, as well as distributing and receiving employee documents. The ideal candidate will have an administrative or organizational background, an overall positive demeanor as well as good communication skills.

Responsibilities Compliance:

Conduct submissions for employee background checks utilizing

CHRC HCR

Schedule appointments for employee fingerprints Follow up with candidates on required documentation and CHRC requirements Track caregiver supervision schedules and communicate requirements to the team Distribute payment codes for fingerprint appointments Other duties and projects as assigned

Office Support:

Assist our Office Manager with the work needed to support our six physical offices Provide assistance and support to our HR department as needed Help with ordering office supplies and other items Help transport/pick up/drop off items as needed Assist with other special projects

Must Have:

Experience in an administrative role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate with the team Google Suite experience Ability to come to the Manhattan office Nice to

Have:

Experience in Home Care Compliance and/or Caregiver Recruitment.
