Job Description
High-profile family is seeking a live-out Personal Assistant to work in midtown Manhattan office, home and on the road.
Responsibilities include:
serve as a liaison between the family and household staff to ensure seamless daily operations, maintain family-wide communications and support personal scheduling and errands, provide backup support for property documentation and ensure residence manuals are current, assist with planning and coordinating personal travel, support logistics for social events, handle personal correspondence, screen calls, and manage incoming requests with sensitivity, manage vendors, conduct research to support personal decision-making and lifestyle needs, provide backup assistance with household-related expense tracking and invoice management, support recordkeeping for personal insurance policies and family-owned assets, assist with special household or lifestyle projects, including personal purchases, and errands. Must be discreet, detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, service-minded, proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy (proficient in Microsoft Office). Also must have 10+ years of experience supporting a HNW family. Mon-Fri, 11am-8pm with 24/7 availability. Salary $90k-$120k DOE, bonus, 100% paid health insurance, 401k with match, and paid time off.
