What Winning In This Role Looks Like You are go getter with a strong work ethic You are trustworthy and discreet You are a problem solver and are solution oriented You have a strong attention to detail and are very organized You are attentive and able to anticipate needs You are more proactive than reactive You have the ability to take direction and can pivot as needed and requested You are an excellent multitasker You have a great personality and show up with a positive attitude but also know how to respect boundaries You are respectfully assertive and not afraid to share your expertise You genuinely enjoy being of service and find joy in making someone’s life easier You are already located in the NYC Area Regular Tasks For This Role Running errands Home Organization Oversight over shipping, receiving and returning packages Calendar management for principal Sending principals pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc Booking appointments Making reservations Assisting with gifting needs Assisting with laundry, groceries, walking dog Taking dog to vet appointments, groomers Organizing files and information, personal and professional Taking direction and understanding what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks Skills/Experience/Education Previous experience working as a personal assistant for a high profile individual is required Self Starter Strong Critical Thinking Skills Adaptability in a variety of situations Ability to read a room Flexibility is key as schedules and plans often change
