We’re searching for a Patient Care Associate who is bilingual in Spanish and eager to deliver exceptional service from the front desk to the exam room. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with a highly respected board-certified plastic surgeon. About the
Role:
As the Patient Care Associate, you will serve as a vital link between patients and the physician. From greeting patients and managing scheduling to assisting in procedures and providing post-visit instructions in Spanish, your contribution will directly impact the quality of care and the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and manage appointment scheduling Support the surgeon during exams and in-office procedures Clearly explain treatment plans and post-care instructions to patients, often in Spanish Collect, label, and prepare lab specimens Provide medication instructions and basic clinical education Coordinate prior authorizations and assist with hospital paperwork Maintain office and medical supply inventory Respond to emails and patient inquiries in a timely, professional manner Ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment at all times Full-time availability and consistent attendance are required
Who You Are:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required
- you’ll communicate with many patients in Spanish) Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service oriented A quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a medical or plastic surgery office is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person Why Join Us?
