As a Sample Coordinator , you’ll be a key player in the behind-the-scenes flow of product. This is a physical, hands-on role where you’ll be moving samples between teams, organizing materials, and supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities :

Receive, organize, and manage physical product samples. Pull and prepare samples for buyer meetings and presentations. Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments and deliveries. Maintain physical spaces to ensure easy access and order. Track sample inventory, usage, and status across teams. Support general office and showroom needs such as managing supply stock, running errands, setting up for meetings, assisting with visits, and handling daily operational tasks.

Qualifications :

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable with physical tasks and a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and basic computer skills Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs Interest in home décor or design is a plus
