Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support a busy law firm in the Clinton/Utica area. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and greet clients Prepare and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and reports Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and manage case files Maintain and organize confidential client records and documentation Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry Assist with billing and time entry as needed

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or legal office experience preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Full-time hours (typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Compensation:
