This support person will manage and carry out the day-to-day administrative responsibilities within the office that help support the enrollment goals of the institution. This position also includes managing two additional support staff. Serve as primary point of contact for all front office operations to include, supervise, train all front-end staff, delegate tasks appropriately and monitor performance. Develop and maintain front-end procedures to ensure efficiency and customer service excellence, including reception, visitor management, phone and email handling. Consolidate and reconcile records in slate (which is our customer relationship management system) on a weekly basis. Process application loads from

on a weekly basis and troubleshoot issues that occur with that process. Work closely with Director to manage and reconcile the admissions budget. Other reasonable duties as assigned. Responsible for completing performance programs and evaluations timely. The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications •Eligible for transfer/reassignment or reachable on the appropriate Civil Service list. •NY HELPS- Six months of experience in administrative support, which includes use of office software (e.g., email, word processing), provision of customer service, business writing, and/or office administration. To be advanced to the full performance level of this title you must successfully complete a set training and development program. Upon satisfactory completion of the 12-month training at the Trainee 1, you will automatically advance to Trainee 2.
