Job Description:
BROAD FUNCTION

The Administrative Aide•Part Time is responsible for performing administrative work within the Academic Schools, under the direction of the Assistant to the Provost/Senior Vice President. The Administrative Aide will assist the School Specialist and other team members to promote academic excellence and integrity in a rapidly changing environment and to deliver support services designed to enhance student success.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Triage student walk-ins, calls and emails to the School office
Student outreach as directed by School Specialist or Academic Department Chair
Faculty support
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Academic and Student Affairs leadership.

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a higher education setting preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High level of confidentiality, discretion, judgment, professionalism and integrity
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Highly organized with great attention for detail
Strong technical skills; solid computer experience using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with Colleague preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
