Fayetteville, NY 13066 Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives? Hansen’s Advisory Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Associate to join our mission-driven financial advisory team. This is a full time position and requires daily presence at our Fayetteville office location (remote work is not available).

Your Role:
As an Administrative Associate, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for both clients and staff. You’ll provide vital administrative support, help manage client communications, and maintain office organization with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients and managing incoming calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Supporting compliance and recordkeeping procedures
- Coordinating with financial advisors on client service needs
- Assist with tax preparation needs
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in a professional office environment (financial services preferred, but not required)
