PM Job Summary:
FLACRA is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvyAlerts Coordinatorto support client care by managing data alerts and system notifications from platforms such as RHIO, PSYCKES, SPARS, UniteUs, and e-Intervention. The Alerts Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate information is shared with treatment teams and that compliance requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. As the Alerts Coordinator, you will track, audit, and report time-sensitive data while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure consistent and high-quality care coordination. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about both client care and process improvement. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and comfort navigating multiple health data platforms and spreadsheets.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + At least one year of experience in behavioral health, data entry, or client care coordination + Valid NYS Driver’s License + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and electronic health record systems + Proficiency with Microsoft office + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
+ A ssociate’s Degree in Health or Human Services + Pursuit of Qualified Health Professional (QHP) designation + Experience using RHIO, PSYCKES, SPARS, or UniteUs + Familiarity with NOMS compliance and audit processes
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and track all National Outcomes Measures (NOMS) data entry, including baseline, quarterly health indicators, and reassessments + Audit spreadsheets weekly to ensure data matches SPARS system requirements + Receive and route RHIO alerts to appropriate departments and monitor outcomes + Upload and attest

consent forms for all newly admitted clients + Support and train new staff on RHIO, PSYCKES, SPARS, and related platforms + Monitor data quality and alert supervisors of issues or delays + Maintain accurate and up-to-date program tracking sheets and documentation + Demonstrate flexibility, cooperation, and strong teamwork across departments + Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and service agencies + Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and supervision + Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
