We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and tech-savvy Program Administrator to support the daily operations of our daycare program. This key role serves as the first point of contact for current and prospective families and ensures smooth administrative processes across enrollment, communication, and marketing. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating high-quality early childhood experiences.

$20.00 per hour

Monday – Friday (with occasional evenings or weekends as needed)

REPORTS TO
Associate Executive of Early Childhood Programs
JOB CONSISTS OF
Registration & Enrollment Manage all aspects of the enrollment process—from initial inquiry to onboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and family records Ensure compliance with all licensing and documentation requirements Tours & Family Engagement Serve as the welcoming face of the program for prospective families Schedule and conduct engaging, informative tours of the facility Answer questions regarding curriculum, policies, and the enrollment process Parent Communication Act as a liaison between families and program leadership Distribute newsletters, updates, and important announcements Assist in addressing parent concerns with professionalism and care Marketing & Outreach Support Collaborate with the Director on marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives Help create flyers, brochures, and digital content (social media, Canva, etc.) Track inquiries and provide insights into marketing effectiveness
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or program coordination (childcare/school setting preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with email, CRM/enrollment platforms, and design tools like Canva. Friendly, professional, and highly organized. Bilingual skills a plus!
WORK SCHEDULE AND ENVIROMENT
Monday-Friday schedule (with occasional evening or weekend events as needed). Office-based role with regular interaction with children, families, and staff in a lively daycare environment.
