TC AUTO PARTS INC.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing office tasks that support our automotive sales operations. Your contributions will help us maintain efficient workflows and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and inventory management. Perform additional tasks including record keeping and scanning documents. Provide exceptional customer support via phone and in-person inquiries. Ensure accurate documentation and proofreading of company documents. Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations. Support team members in additional areas such as
HR/AR/AP
as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity. Participate in additional projects and tasks as requested. Requirements Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role. Experience using basic office equipment (computer, scanner, printer) Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong math skills and familiarity working with numbers required Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Comfortable working both alone and in a team setting Previous experience with Payroll/AR/AP a plus, but not required.
