Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflows within our organization. This is a contract position based in Hollis, New York, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while honing your organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will excel in managing administrative tasks and maintaining clear and effective correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update organizational records.
- Manage email correspondence, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments to support team operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to complete various administrative tasks.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Address any issues or queries related to administrative support in a timely manner. Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and appointment coordination.
- Previous experience managing email correspondence and data entry.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
