Administrative Assistant Rios Interiors Corporation East Elmhurst, NY 11370 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Construction team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. A background in customer service , construction , or as a receptionist is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a passion for administrative work. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and maintain phone etiquette while handling inquiries professionally. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment. Perform clerical duties including filing, and data entry. Assisting executive with daily tasks. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Versed in CRMS, Slack, Google sheets/Drive Review emails, follow up on client communication daily. Set Calls with leads. Minor HR Function. Payroll assist, answering employee questions/concerns. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support various administrative tasks as needed, including acting as a personal assistant to executives. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with staff and clients. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with office equipment and procedures, including phone systems. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clients and team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in proofreading documents. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or as a medical receptionist is a plus.
