Job Description
Manage daily office activities and address logistical challenges. Supervise inventory levels and oversee the purchase of office supplies.
Organize, store, and retrieve physical and electronic documents. Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing agendas. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and calls. Schedule and oversee maintenance or repairs of office equipment. Prepare workspaces and supplies for new employee onboarding. Act as the first point of contact for clients or office visitors. Plan and organize internal events or office training sessions. Coordinate travel logistics for employees. Ensure compliance with office policies and safety protocols. Enter data into spreadsheets and generate reports on office operations. Coordinate project schedules and ensure all administrative tasks related to construction projects are completed on time. Maintain and update records of permits, contracts, and project documentation required for construction compliance. Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to provide updates and resolve any logistical issues related to construction projects. Availability to work on weekends and some holidays.
