Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office and warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive and solutions-oriented, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You’ll be the first point of contact for phone calls and deliveries, assist the company owners with general administrative needs, help maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse, coordinate couriers, and oversee basic company vehicle upkeep.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties:

Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently Greet and assist clients, vendors, and delivery personnel at the office Provide general support to the company owners as needed (document prep, errands, follow-ups) Arrange courier pickups and deliveries for materials, equipment, and documents Maintain office supply inventory and ensure the workspace remains organized

Warehouse Support:

Receive and log incoming deliveries; verify contents against purchase orders Label, sort, and stage equipment for upcoming projects Assist with packing and organizing items for job sites and returns (RMAs) Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Vehicle & Logistics Coordination:

Monitor and schedule regular maintenance for company vehicles (oil changes, inspections, cleaning) Ensure all vehicles are stocked with proper job materials, tools, and parts. Maintain tools and ensure they are in good working condition Notify management of any vehicle issues or required servicing Help facilitate equipment loading and unloading to ensure field technicians are prepared for their projects.

Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics, or warehouse operations is a MUST Previous experience in administrative support is preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Slack, and other operation software’s. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with warehouse-related tasks Comfortable with basic vehicle upkeep coordination (no mechanical skills required) Self-starter with a proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license is a
