Administrative Assistant Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Controller and HR Director. This role involves a mix of administrative, financial, and human resources tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping both departments maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Controller and HR Director. Manage daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for finance and HR documents. Assist in coordinating internal communications and distributing company-wide notices. Assist with data entry and document preparation for financial reports, audits, and budgeting. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing orientation materials. Support internal HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
